i didn’t rush this semester, when can i rush??
by: hihi!! i’m a freshman, and i didn’t do sorority rush this semester. i’m new to all of this, so i’m not quite sure how this works. can i rush in the spring?? what’s COB and how does that work?? thank you so much for the help in advance ❤️

It depends on if chapters met their quota of sisters for if they will do spring. A COB is “continuous open bidding” meaning that if someone is unaffiliated and knows sisters Or is known by sisters (which in the spring can be accomplished through going to open houses) they can be invited to talk to the chapter and probably get a bid. It’s a less extreme version of recruiting where basically girls are sought out rather than girls seeking sororities out. I think a lot of sorority chapters will have spring recruitment this year though:) hope this helped
