Pi Kapp at UVM is awesome. They host philanthropic events all the time and their partys are lively and fun. + their house is huge. Never had any problems with them and can only recommend them to others.

Listen, they might not be 'top tier' but every theta ive met is ride or die for their chapter. Also they seem to have someone on like every leadership board on campus. Definitely one of the realest chapters if you want supportive sisters, even if they're not as popular as some of the others
