Mixed feelings. They have some cool guys but some really strange ones too. They have some of the strange/awkward tridelts that are always there. It is just a weird vibe.

They seem to be pretty nice, but that's looking in from the outside. I did get something from their bake sale when they were trying to remodel that had mold on it. It was disappointing. But they seem to be pleasant and diverse.

They are incredibly sweet. I've met several who aren't so lovely, but most seem to be dolls. They care a lot and seem to be really happy with one another. There is still the weird, awkward rep that they have, but it's so hard to hate on them when they're so nice!

Best way to describe them is...Fruity. They're that house that has really good manners etc but when it comes to having fun the guys are boring, the girls can drink more than them, never excel in anything they're just known for being there. Wouldn't even say they're middle tier anymore.
