From the very few encounters I’ve had with thetas at parties I can say that they’ve made it a point that they’re friends with the frat guys. Overrated house if you ask me, not sure what makes them so popular with the frat guys but to each their own I guess.

The most popular girls in this house are the face of tri delta they’re pretty full of themselves and slightly overrated. Overall pretty girls, the freshman class has some good members in it hopefully they stay the same.

Honestly pretty overrated. They act like they’re the best house but no one really thinks that. A few are really nice but a lot are pretty stuck up and self absorbed

Great bunch of guys. Leaders on campus - They do a lot for the community and raising money for cancer research. House better than most on campus. Enjoy their parties and just visiting the house.
