Phi Beta Sigma is the best African-American Greek Organization at UTM. They are very handsome, party animals and the best steppers. The Sigmas are not scholars but they do graduate. They are the most creative can sing, dance and chant. They Sigmas cannot dress but have athletic bodies. People love the Sigmas at UTM.

Alpha Kappa Alpha at UT-Martin leaves something to be desired. Lately they have been pledging huge classes and has lost their mystique. AKA does not pledge its members and lacks sisterhood. AKA traditionally does not get campus support, bad attitudes, etc. but they are very pretty girls.

This group of women has worked extremely hard throughout their first year and not just because they've had a leadership consultant with them. For their first Formal Recruitment, they done tremendous even though the odds were against them and have been since they came back. This fraternity of women went from 10 to 90! Obviously, the "top 3" sororities weren't doing something right to not get those 90 women. UTM needs to look out because these girls have something that rest them don't...heart!!!!!

They're not perfect as any other sorority wouldn't be but it seems like whenever times come for them to come together and accomplish something, they really do. They have girls who are wonderful people on the inside and outside and show what being an AOII means and what they stand for.

The Pikes are popular but their house looks like crap compared to the ATO's. The Pikes have are cool though but overrated.
