MIDDLE TIER

Pi Phi used to be middle tier but is now on the up. I wanted to join but they haven’t done COB the past few recruitments. Their reputation is wealthy, which is true, but most of the girls are humble and down to earth. I’m also pretty sure they had the highest GPA last semester
