Here's my honest opinion: The guys in the house are nice, goodie-two-shoes type of guys. I'm friends with a lot of them and as a whole, they are very committed to their fraternity. They follow the rules to the point where they tend to be the pushovers. With that said, they avidly listen to const and make wise adjustments that benefit the Greek community as a whole. Very strong brotherhood. They throw great dance parties. Smart guys who need to let loose and have a little more fun once in a while

The house culture constantly changes every four years or so, and it's definitely apparent in Theta. Each year, this organization recruits the most sweetest and hardest working ladies. Super diverse from each other, yet they still have a strong sisterhood. Totally do not agree with the comment below. They are not the 'leftover' house. I see them as the dark horse of sorority recruitment. They are seriously the ones to look out for (in terms of recruitment) for the future.

Here's my honest assessment: This fraternity's stereo type is the "hipster" fraternity. HAHAHA what? That's like the opposite of what a fraternity guy is right? Good will dressed type people. Nice People. Large 2012 pledge class and not very cohesive, very loose brotherhood bonds. Weak involvement with campus greeklife and philanthropy. Parties they throw are pretty bad, but maybe you'd catch a few good off campus ones.

I'm not in this fraternity but here's my honest assessment. PROS: party the most out of any fraternity on a consistent basis, best looking, get the most girls, do not accept hipster/hippies as SAE and Sigma Chi do (LOL) CONS: For non-Athletes, this is a athlete dominated fraternity, nationally "dry" fraternity (this does not matter because they have off campus houses to party) Top house for sure, could dress a little classier rather than looking like they came from the gym 20/4/7

All are pretty nice girls individually and as a group. House is currently in transition, I see them out more and more over.

Cool girls. You can tell they're a little stuck up and full of themselves but no one really means bad by it. They party a lot. And you basically only see them with each other.

They are popular and they are active around campus. However, I don't see a brotherhood in this chapter. Instead, as a whole, it seems like the guys in this chapter are just friends or friendly acquaintances. From what I can tell they like being an SAE but they don't associate themselves as being a part of the University's Greek community.

Simply the best. I love the ladies of Gamma Phi Beta because they are so down to earth and friendly. They show a lot of pride in their organization and do not bash other sororities and fraternities. Each member values academics, which is evident since their house has had the highest GPA out of all the other Greek organizations. Moreover, they are well-respected amongst the UPS faculty. These women are truly the leading ladies around campus.

I love Sigma Chi. They are the most genuine group of men around. Always considerate and inviting. These guys are really involved around campus and you'll always see a Sigma Chi supporting one of their brothers. It's refreshing to see that nice guys still exist in the Puget Sound Greek system.
