The most like a typical state school sorority. If that's what you want, this is a good house for you. Some the their less classy girls have tainted their reputation. But they still have many wonderful women.

The best mix of girls: some typical sorority girls, some partiers, some athletes, some quiet girls, some of everything. Given that they are so diverse, their sisterhood is very strong. Good retention/not a lot of upper classmen dropping which is a good sign. Their house isn't the prettiest but whatever.

This house is a huge mix of girls and they're all really nice. Definitely the least sorority-like on campus.

Some nice girls, but they can be very stuck up. I have friends in aphi and for some reason they act like there is a kind of competitiveness between them and other houses and sometimes have poor sportsmanship. For instance, they don't like pi phis, but pi phis really don't seem to care about bashing on their house in return. This does not represent the whole house, but sometimes their actions seem immature.
