A lot of pretty and hipster type girls. They definitely have a vibe/ aesthetic that's nice and all the girls I've met from the house have been really sweet!

Very few attractive girls, very rarely see them off campus doing fun things. They mostly just sit quietly in a few of your classes and you never really talk to them. They tend to be fine to do group projects with if you can get them to stop being nervous and just interact like a human.
