Actual Touse Ranking

ZY - By far the best brotherhood experience and sorority relations. Smaller PC this year but still usual quality, not competing for same guys as everyone else. Pledging is traditional.

DKE - Got everyone they wanted, massive new PC. The problem is that it's way too easy to get a bid now, being in DKE used to mean something, now they take anyone I guess. Still better than everyone else below though. Pledging is tough but reasonable.

Phi Psi - It's time to put them here. Outrushed Hall and Elmo, have best parties of any fraternity at UVA. Technically not top 4 social calendar yet but it seems like it's only a matter of time. Pledging is very bad, but still definitely worth it.

Hall - Decent rush this year, slightly better than expected. They'll stay near the top for a while at least, but just can't throw at the same level as above houses. Pledging is same difficulty level as DKE, not bad.

Elmo - Disaster. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years are all great but there's no way they bounce back in rush next year. Still have great parties/social calendar for now but will get worse every year for at least another 2-3 years. Will probably dip below SAE eventually and rebuild slowly after that. Pledging is supervillain level, just not worth it anymore, so they'll have to make it easier.

SAE - Can't throw late nights, rush has been getting slightly worse for the past three years, used to be same level as Phi Psi but just not anymore. Still a good option though if you can't get above, way better than sig chi. Pledging not bad.

Below this not really worth ranking, they're all kind of the same.
