Rushing a Frat as a Sophomore Transfer Student

I was wondering how hard it is to rush as a sophomore. Do the frat still give a good chance to you and is it hard to meet people as a transfer student?

It's completely normal and accepted. Every frat takes second year students each year. Chance is just as good as a regular student. Sometimes frats even bid 3rd years, but most try to avoid that.
