CEILING-FLOOR FRAT RANKS

Feel like it’s hard to put frats in one spot, so I made a range of rankings that I think are fair for any given frat. In Mouse it gets slightly redundant but some frats have higher ceilings and lower floors or vice versa

This was clearly made by dsig, phi soc or serp, but I can’t tell which 🤔 I feel like serp being that high is a distraction
