2026 Realistic Rankings and Descriptions

Top: DKE Elmo Zete

All 3 relatively distinct groups, good parties & relations

Hall - technically still top but lowkey falling off like does nothing that well just very mid

Lower Top: Phi Psi SAE

Phi Psi if you like LNs SAE if you like darties
good social and relations

Upper Mid: Sig Chi SNU Chi Phi

Well rounded, good parties & relations, less dues so they don't have as much money as houses above

Mid: Fiji Ksig Beta

Fiji and Ksig are both kicked off but still have decent social. Ksig might fall off more after their 4th years leave. Beta's been falling off

Lower Mid: Sammy DU Pikapp

still throws and mixes but not that great
