Top Tier: Zete, Elmo, DKE, Hall
These are considered the most exclusive feats. Getting a bid is highly unlikely unless you have been pre rushed

Upper Tier: Phi Psi, SAE, Sig Chi
Similar to the top tier, these frats heavily favor those they know beforehand. A bid without being pre rushed is rare but not impossible

Higher Mid Tier: SNU, Chi Phi, Beta
It's possible to secure a bid as a walk-in without prior connections, but it’s pretty hard and you might not feel as welcome. You'll need to make a strong impression during the formal rush events.

Mid & Lower Mid Tier
Mid Tier: DU, Theta Chi, Sammy
Lower Mid Tier: DSig, PiKapp, AEPi, Phi Soc
These tiers represent good attainable options. They are generally more open to giving bids through the formal rush process but still offer a traditional frat experience.

Lower & Bottom Tier
Lower Tier: Phi Delt, ASig, Chi Psi, Pi Lam
Bottom Tier: ZBT, Sig Pi, ATO
If you genuinely connect with the members and like the brotherhood, they can still be a worthwhile experience.
