The word is 'woman', not 'female', if you please. You wouldn't say "every male I know" because it's dehumanizing. Same goes. Even 'girl' would be less reductive; you can say 'girls' and 'guys' and it's fine.

i'm op- i posted this a few weeks ago and i refer to dudes as males. i said female cause sororities are female only.
