Rundown on Phi Society

Can anyone give me some color on the Phi Society parties and socials? I'm in between two "middle-tier" fraternities, and I like the brotherhoods of both.

The guys are cool and I'd say they're decently respected. Not as many squids as other similar frats. Their social scene in terms of parties/mixers is not that poppin tho

pretty chill guys and they have a rising social scene in terms of parties. brothers as far as i know are chill guys that have some good connections around ground.

From what I've heard, social scene/sorority relations are pretty bad compared to similarly ranked houses. Tough pledging too, they've struggled to get large pcs in the past because of it

All I know is that they were the original Phi Delt. I’ve only been to their Halloween party and that one time they had Bascobel—both were great parties. The brothers seem fine, and I rarely hear about them causing problems. They definitely do not haze, lol.
