UVA Fraternity Pledging Severity

How severe is pledging across the spectrum of fraternities on UVA grounds? Are there any frats with incredibly dangerous or infamous hazing rituals?
How is the process at the "prestigious" frats like hall, zete, elmo, dke, etc.? What about middle or lower tiers like SNU, DU, PiKapp, Chi Psi, Phi Delt, Etc.

Generally the ‘higher tier’ the frat is the harder the pledging is. It also depends on the frat though, for example Chi Phi and DU in recent years have been known for having pledging processes that are too much for what they are. Whatever frat you’re rushing you can get a good idea of how their pledging is by asking around

thats what every school says
reality is
some frats haze less than what you expect (or not even haze) , some frats especially some mid frats haze more than you think
