Aspiring transfer student’s thoughts on UVA frats:
1) Theta Chi - bunch of chillers that get what it’s all about
2) The Hall - don’t know many guys here but Marshall is the absolute boy
3) Phi Society - slightly fallen off but still top 4
4) TKE - stealing a lot of PIKAs hype
5) Elmo - respectful
6) Taft
