Top Tier:
Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKΓ), Delta Delta Delta (ΔΔΔ), Kappa Alpha Theta (KAΘ)

Thoughts: Tri Delta is above Theta at this point. Every girl I know wanted Tri Delta more than Theta, and many girls that dirty rushed both houses ended up picking them as well.

Middle Tier:
Alpha Phi (AΘ), Pi Beta Phi (ΠΒΦ)
Delta Gamma (ΔΓ), Delta Zeta (ΔZ)
Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA), Alpha Chi Omega (AXO)
Sigma Kappa (ΣK), Chi Omega (XO)

Thoughts: Pi Beta Phi was popular this year. Definitely not on the same level as Alpha Phi, but enough to stand out. DG also did better this year. XO's new PC is really good, almost in league with SK. XO and SK both performed surprisingly well though; I could see them both moving up soon, especially if AXO doesn't step it up.

Bottom Tier:
Alpha Delta Pi (AΔΠ), Kappa Delta (KΔ)
Sigma Sigma Sigma (ΣΣΣ)
Gamma Phi Beta (ΓΦB)

Thoughts: ADPi and KD were both popular for their tiers this year. Tri Sigma did awful with only 3 in their PC. The only thing that's keeping them above GPhiB is the fact that GPhiB didn't even participate in formal recruitment.
