Hall leaving the top 4?

I know Zete/Deke/Elmo/Hall are the top 4 that plan social schedules with theta/kappa/tri-delt/aphi but with hall’s PC this year and the past few years I feel like Phi Psi or SAE should kinda just swap with them. Kids in those frats are objectively much cooler/sociable than guys in Hall imo. Thoughts?
