Why has TDX been perpetually lame?
by: TKEThey have a decent house in a decent location, theyve been at uva for a long time, and are a relatively large fraternity nationally. Were they ever that great at uva? Why do they suck?

if you care about rankings, they’re naturally a bell curve. based on the number of frats, there’s gotta be a bottom, and once you get a bottom rep it’s pretty tough to break out of it. unless there’s more frats or something happens to the lower mid to drop them out, you’re gonna recruit the same type of people. but they’ll stay here because like you said it’s actually a decent house and national frat/history at uva

Thats usually correct but there are several houses that are definite exceptions
