DZ versus ZTA??
by: uva2026Incoming first year here! What are the differences between DZ and ZTA? Trying to learn more about the houses :)

Theyre basically the same srat. Zta take themselves a lil too serious, but they also have that house

- both in same tier so they mix with mainly the same frats (mainly Sammy, Beta, Pika, Snu, Theta Chi). DZ mixes with other frats like Chi Phi while Zeta mixes with other frats like Chi Psi.
- DZ is seen as laid-back, chill, nice, but also seen as social climbers by some (used to post a lot of self ranks on here, but don't seem to do it as much). Zeta, on the other hand, is seen as more outgoing, confident, partiers, but also seen as ratchet by some (they go hard so be prepared).
- Both seem to recruit pretty well and have a lot of diversity, so if you're a minority don't feel like you'll be left out.
Obviously going into first year with an idea of what you might like is great, but also meet girls in not just these two, but others so that you'll know for sure where you might fit in and which ones are your favorite.
