Thoughts on Rerushing?

I went into rush not knowing a lot of what to expect. I was a little unprepared and honestly wish I used a rush coach. I made it far with most of my top choices, and I ended up in a decent (mid-tier) sorority, but I don’t know if it’s the right one for me (wasn’t one of my top choices). I feel like I don’t really connect with anyone and I don’t want to risk it if I ended up somewhere I didn’t like even more or didn’t get a bid at all. I would rather just stick it out than not be in a sorority at all. I was wondering if most sororities even took second years or not and if there’s even a point in trying to rush again.

Did you go through initiation? If not, you are free to re-rush. UVA has second year quotas so that is on your side. It might be fun to go through with a little more knowledge this time. Good luck!
