I mean you guys could also just have a few months of pledging before initiation, then you’d know for sure if a place was the right fit before initiation

I could see making exceptions for transfers but otherwise no except for maybe postponing initiation so they have more time to decide?

A sorority isn’t a club. It’s supposed to be a more meaningful lifetime thing. Being able to change sororities like that cheapens the whole organization
