They got one of the best PCs in my opinion. KD is becoming more and more self selecting with pretty girls who could’ve gone to higher sororities but chose kd bc they want a genuine sisterhood. A lot of their newest PC chose KD over pi phi, axo, etc. You can really tell they all love each other and KD generally has a very friendly and positive reputation. Definitely on the rise! They also have one of the nicest houses out of all the srats.

The moment you step inside, the steam hits. A thick, swirling cloud of pure frat energy, rising from the floors, the walls, and the sheer, unrelenting heat of too many guys existing in one space. It’s a steam unlike any other—part body heat, part spilled beer evaporating on contact, part the sheer force of unshowered determination. Steam pours from the living room, where a group of dudes scream over a pong game like it’s the Super Bowl. Steam rises from the kitchen, where someone’s making the world’s worst late-night grilled cheese. Steam seeps from the upstairs hallway, where something is definitely happening, but you don’t want to know what. The entire house breathes, sweats, and steams with a kind of chaotic energy that’s both horrifying and oddly impressive. Would I return? Maybe, if I bring a towel, a gas mask, and a deep appreciation for the art of steaming. Three stars for commitment to the most humid experience outside of an actual rainforest.
