Easily the nicest house at least from the outside looking at it. These guys are kind of douche bags but seems to be like a frat right out of a movie. They let me into their last few parties of the semester and they were wild

These guys associate with Alpha Phi, the best sorority and have a sick house. No other rzn to rush anywhere else. Giant front and back lawn. Beach darty with sand was elite

Used to be great last few pledge classes were so bad. No longer the party fraternity everyone leaves to go elsewhere, music and basement suck
