everybody knows phi delt is a top house, they are wealthy and attractive also. We love getting invited to phi delt events and mixers. They do keep a clean house and are gentlemen which keeps us coming back :)

Thetas are well rounded and all very nice. Definitely work hard play hard mindset. Actually the nicest girls i've ever met. My roommate is a theta and i'm so sad they dropped me. By far most liked by everyone like not just frats but by other sororities too.

they should be ranked higher they’re all hot and all very nice sisterhood is really good and inviting i really haven’t met a tri delt i didn’t like super fun and party a lot but keep great grades

the girls aren't super inviting and were honestly strange. never met an adpi that doesnt talk over me. also would trash their sisters to anyone
