I'll have y'all know phi psi has socials once a month with bottom tier sororities in a cramped 2 bedroom townhouse, not to mention that our party ragers are known to often have more than 5 girls at a time!!

Phi psi isn't great but theta chi has lost a lot of brothers recently, their house is nice though... just far when dd's take me there. As for phi delt I just don't hear much about them other than throwing down every once in awhile, decent parties though.
