um I know for a fact kappa cuts. maybe they actual just want girls that other sororities don't want. they are allowed to like girls who aren't necessarily top tier material if they like their personality lol

Sometimes sororities cut girls that are prettier than the ones they keep so just because kappa doesnt cut as much as others doesn't mean they always have to be the bottom house regardless of the quality of girls they brought in
