Transferring Here

Yo ik gr isn't the best but I'm transferring here next semester and have a few questions.
Context: I'm coming from a B10 school where I rushed and pledged (og from CO) and I don't understand fraternities at CU.
I don't get how houses with ****ty properties are "better" than ones that have nice houses. Ik rep matters but Taxi, Pikapp, Theta Chi and PKS have legit section 8 housing from the tik toks and pics I've seen. No matter how cool the brothers are it looks like ****. Chi psi looks sick, but they have a death there. Ik it was long ago but it's a horrible look.
ig I'm asking how tf do I rush? Are some houses permanently good/bad no matter the current situations bw housing, brothers, history, etc.? I want a house that has a solid prop (not just a yard), diverse brothers and no deranged history. thanks.

K cool. The size of the house doesn’t really matter as much here compared to the South or East Coast, even though a lot of physical houses suck. Most frats don’t own their houses here, so the housing situation can change. All the houses you mentioned are solid picks, so just rush them and go with whichever one feels the best vibe.

Nah I dropped, my school starting cooking the Greek life which was honestly the last straw to come back to Co
