To clarify: Sig Pi throws some of the best parties and has good brotherhood, but they are one incident with the law from getting kicked out every year and are in debt from paying fees and being dumb sometimes. Their uncertainty is why I’m putting them there but they throw down.

Theta Chi has really stepped up their game. They win sorority philanthropies and won the Pi Phi wingman, and they take large, good pledge classes and have solid sorority relations. Their house SUCKS and it’s really holding them back but they’re still good.

Pi Kapp has always been a solid house but don’t really see them standout. They rely on their rep to carry them and it works, but it won’t work when Xi and Phi Psi push the bounds of what good houses can do.

Chi Psi is a similar story with their rep, but they have the best location on the hill and have a winning recipe that makes them, them.

Phi Tau is really showing out this year, but some people have mixed feelings about them even if it’s undeserved.

SNU is on probo, SAE just had a nationals review and are about to lose their house to sigep.

Pike’s PC was the largest but questionable. AEPi is hit or miss, still kinda weird, and thinks they’re better than they are. Asig is pretty chill

PKS been real quiet since Sig Ep starting coming back to campus…. they were the old Sig Ep before Sig Ep got booted off campus so we will see.

KA is KA with a house that they think will carry them even though they are very weird. They annoy a ton of Greek life and take in very questionable PCs who are black listed at most other houses. They bump themselves up on here and Yik yak constantly and it’s quite funny.
