what houses killed it this year

Pi phi will get the best return again and have a class full of SoCal girls, no surprise. They consistently put on a good rush and have a good blend of top house vibe while still being relatable.
DG will have a better rush than prior years and I think chi o and axo will have very strong classes. Heard a lot of good things about all 3. I think any one of these houses can vie for top house with pi phi after this rush.
I hear a phi struggled this year. I don’t think they can figure out if they want to be the “hot” house or a more well rounded house and it’s confusing. They will still get a lot of good girls because of sheer pnm numbers but I think a few other houses are going to pass them up.
I think this will be the year of axo’s rise.

Despite the numerous push on this site by piphi alums APhi, Dg, ChiO did better than piphi who had to go all the way through their bid list to get a new member class.

Yeah everyone keeps saying that “all the PNM’s love piphi and dg.” Okay but if their returns were great wouldn’t they have made huge cuts?

based on what i've heard...
pi phi is the obvious #1
dg and chi o might've passed a phi this year
axo and theta both did really well and are right behind dg and chi o
a phi slipping and is more = to kappa and cross rushed with them more this year than the past
g phi had the rush they needed to stay in the middle tier
ddd is doing better every year and getting larger pcs, fingers crossed they make quota
curious how things will shift after we see the bid day posts!

maybe all sororities and frats should have mixers with ddd to support their fellow sisters and increase excitement around this up and coming chapter. everyone does better when everyone is doing better.

Idk about swept but people on here have been saying Aphi fell off/ came 4th this year. What I’m seeing isn’t 4th!!!

I think the GreekChicNY consultant (sweet as she is), swayed perception this year based on her preferences, and how her clients were doing - including her niece. Not a criticism, just shows her powerful social media is in rush. Regarding APhi, she never once mentioned them and so nobody else did either except those that were rushing that house. That house seemed to do great!
So happy for Chi O and their girls, but did they really do that great, or were we influenced?

She seems biased for and against certain houses. I don't listen to her PLUS a lot of her clients on other campuses seems to get bid offers from "lower" houses. You don't need to pay a recruitment counselor for that.

She herself was a chi o so that’s why. But yeah, someone paid upwards of $2k to be in g phi? No hate but was that necessary?

agree-I think a phi is trying to lose their bad girl image, but they still want to be hot party girls. It’s like they are having an identity crisis…
