I don’t disagree that most pnms would rank pi phi higher than dg if they get an invite from both. I think aphi rank really depends on the individual girls personality which one they would rank higher. What I think OP is saying is that some girls get cut from dg first round due to grades so they never even get the chance to rank one over the other.

Ask some of your dg friends their pref combos. Mine was dg/aphi. Went dg. So many dg/pi phis go dg, and many go pi phi. just preference and what is right for you! How is this hard to believe??

Ah ok. Got it. You became best friends in DG! I thought you were saying you were three best friends in high school, all went to CU, all 3 rushed, and ended up with exact two houses for pref. That makes way more sense that you became friends afterwards. Apologies!

This is true and it’s what I love about dg. There really isn’t focus on ranking. We don’t feel like we have a “top” ranking to achieve or maintain. Very much do our own thing and I enjoy it
