I know everyone on here talks about retention rates a lot and looking at the post for the seniors is the most accurate way to measure retention (think about it lmao those are the girls that the chapter has retained all 4 years).
Yes girls drop for plenty of reasons and it isn’t always about sisterhood (financial reason, time commitments etc), but if I was a pnm I’d be looking at how many girls stay all 4 years since that is probably a chapter that values its members cause girls want to stay around.

like a lot of other people here i’m just not as involved as i used to be. i love my house, but between work, my internship, study abroad etc. i haven’t had as much time to be involved. by senior year you’ll be less into going to frat parties and more into the bars on pearl, job hunting, etc. that being said, i’m so glad that i was in the house that i was in.

lol- me too! i don’t plan on going to chapter meetings this year but i will go to senior pics 😂

I actually did drop but all my best friends are girls in my pc that I met freshman year. I won’t be in the senior pics cause i dropped but i still consider all the girls in my house my sisters and we hang out all the time.
