i honestly think chi o is in its own tier of lower top/upper mid. i think they're def above kkg axo and theta but also def below dg, so i feel like this rush cycle will fully determine if they're top or mid.

i would say that gphi is somewhere in between the middle tiers and tri-delt. they are doing a great job with their social media this year.
