Sigma nu is the top house

Noticed that some people say snu isn’t the top house and that is ridiculous. I’m not even in sig nu but they host literal celebrities and every girl in Boulder has at least 2 posts on their property. Food for thought not gassing them up either

i feel like top house just depends on the person, i hate going to snu. i feel like they are stereotypically "top house" from anyone outside greek life but anyone in it has their own opinion of it

They’re unarguably the most established chapter at Boulder. The oldest chapter still standing too. Insane property, famous alumni, lots of money. Everything is just solid. They also have hot groupies that are there 25/8. Chapters here rise and fall but snu is untouchable. Debatable wether they’re top currently, but snu isn’t going anywhere.

They are the best frat in Boulder. Popularity comes and goes but Sig Nu is the best chartered frat at Boulder for the foreseeable future. From alumni to the property to just the clout the frat has. They were the same way when I went to Boulder back in 2016. A-b
