I would say pi phi fell to #4 not #5. I agree that kappa definitely got some great girls (and no I'm not a kappa). I think theta did get some of the girls axo wanted. not sure about chi o.

theta seems to have gotten a ton of really desirable girls who flew under the radar of other houses due to their lack of presence on social media.
kappa went for the leftovers from the top houses, good social media presence and could see a lot of their girls having been in dg.
not really sure what kind of girls gphi got, they rushed well last year but this year’s class isn’t standing out.
chi o seems to be middling out. they consistently take a few really good looking girls who want to be in the house because they’re from denver and already have more friends in it which is what makes them go chi o over the top houses.
dg is still secure in their spot from last year, i dont think they moved up or down. they rush a veryyyy specific kind of girl that keeps them just a little above chi o but definitely below the other top houses.
as for piphi and aphi, they got their usual girls. not sure why everyone freaks out over them. they have been churning out clones for 10 years so nothing really stands out. good for them for consistency but that isn’t really anything to report on.
