Subjective Frat Ranking (with explanation)

A Tier:
Beta - they throw good parties, are athletic, and decently smart. Only downside is they aren’t very active on campus. Sick ass new house
Sigma Chi - same as above except more active.

A- Tier:
Pike - Great looking guys but not that often on campus. I originally had them at B tier but with their new renovation coming up they kinda deserve a higher rating.

B Tier:
SAE - SAE has been ranked high solely due to reputation. However they’re rude, inactive on campus, and are disrespectful towards women. The only reason they’re ranked where they are is because of their parties
Sig Ep: Amazing guys. Smart, best rep on campus. Would be ranked higher if they threw more often

C Tier:
Delt - their recent Rush classes have been massively subpar.

D Tier:
The rest. Mostly irrelevant. Theta Chi, KSig, and Pi Kapps are better than the rest but still eh.
