Do some houses have higher rates of girls quitting than others? Which ones have high retention rates? I think retention rate speaks volumes, as it tells me people are happy with their experience.

Alpha Phi is better than SK. SK doesn't exchange with zete or fiji but alpha phi does

The two go back and forth but I think this last year, SK did better than Alpha Phi. And for the record, they do exchange with those houses. More guys in zete prefer a phi, but more guys in fiji prefer sk.

Pi Phi has high turnover, you do the math.

Zete does NOT exchange with SK. And Fijis don't like SKs either

3) alpha phi, alpha chi omega
4) alpha delta pi, alpha omicron pi
5) tri delt, kappa alpha theta, gamma phi beta

top frats (beta, zete, sae, fiji) only have exchanges with p phi, dg, kappa, sk, chi o, and alpha phi. end of story.

Houses I wouldnt join:
AOPi (Far from the row)
AXO: Boring, only really exchanges with ATO, no Greek Spirit, can get a better experience at XO.
ADPi: Hazes. These are not rumors, they actually haze.
Pi Phi: Hazes, and never wears letters. Stuck-up/snobby sisters, really rude.

Houses I'd consider:
Kappa
DG: Some of the Nicest Girls
SK: Really diverse
APhi: Not the best rep, but not as bad as some of the other houses.

Gphi/Theta: LOTS of gifts, and good sisterhood. Not as cute, but who really cares? They still have exchanges, and party a lot, just not with Fiji/other doucebag top houses. Good Locations, Divese

XO: Sunshine House, a little further, but still on the row. Nice Girls, and good spirit.

DDD: Involved, and party a LOT.

Kappa has exchanged with bottom houses, too...
