Spring rush ranking

Clear ranking: Zete, SAE, ATO=PHI PSI=KA, Fiji, DKE,

Anything else is not worth rushing

Everything with a = are same in ranking, KA used to be better but fell off a bit ATO and Phi Psi are both getting better
DKE started throwing again
Zete and SAE usually have small to no spring pcs but are pretty easily top

sounds about right would maybe add pike tke pks phi tau to the bottom there. they are somewhat relevent
