How good is Theta Chi

My (kinda lame) friend got a bid for Theta Chi and he's telling me that its a good frat. Is my friend correct?

Yeah they're solid. Not like a crazy top like Sae/Zte but they have a really tight brotherhood and still get bids to all the good parties and exchange with good sororities - it's all about preferences. As for your friend, I heard they typically weed out some people during new member education although who knows how they're handling fall recruiting/pledging lol

From what I know, TC is chill. And I agree, not as crazy as the other houses but not bad at all.

They are ight, they used to be pretty decent. Last two-ish pledge classes have been complete ass and straight geeds. If they keep that up it'll only go downhill. Used to be way better tho.
