which sororities offer spring rush?

by: bummed

I know axo, chi o, gamma phi beta, delta sigma, and zeta all have spring recruitment, but I heard some girls saying that alpha phi does spring too. Is this true?

spring recruitment is on a case by case basis every year -- it is never guaranteed that ANY sorority will have spring rush and it can only be assessed after fall formal and cob (if the sorority partakes) occurs

The first commenter has it spot on. Whether or not a chapter recruits in the spring depends on how many open spots they have, which varies every year with their fall pledge class size compared to other chapters, what the chapter’s member retention looks like that year, how many people graduate in the fall, etc. Some chapters might not need to recruit at all, some might have public events, and some might just have invite only events if they have a very small number of spots to fill. There are definitely chapters who have historically been more likely to have public spring rush events, but there are no guarantees.
