in depth frat ranks

pikapp / sae (pikapp is suspended but had a great spring pc great brothers and good relations, sae spring pc is not that good but they r still sae)

sig chi / pike / theta chi (pike had a way better spring pc then sig chi but sig chi is better. pike is truly just that big house their parties r good but sig chi will always be better, theta chi is about the same as pike maybe a bit worse, they r suspended too they only good thing about them was barnyard, but they r the worst of the low top frats )

zbt / phi delt / beta (these r your solid mid to upper mid frats. zbt has sdt and a house which should honestly make them top but they r just so weird its insane their new pc is not good either, they r a mid to upper frat at best, phi delt spring pc was small, they didnt pull a big one but their events have been really good which is keeping them alive, beta had a bigger but kinda squid pc, their events r good but they have had some scandals this sem and they aren’t anything special)

aepi / ksig (aepi is genuinely so weird, like the brothers r so odd, but they have a nice house and SOME okay parties sometimes. ksig honestly is not good at all they pulled a 23 kid pc which is okay but no one in the frat has had a process so that makes them weak as a organisation, no satellite houses either)

lambda tke asig depsi (these r ur bottom frats, lambda is easily the best this semester, tke is at second, but lambda has stepped it up this sem)
