Dishing on Deeph
by: factsI like Deeph but their IHQ and their rep across many campuses is not good, I've heard their IHQ has been threatening to leave NPC over other panhal sororities not accepting trans women as members. Anyone who also doesn't agree with their political views their IHQ will ensure you are gone eventually, I've seen girls at other deeph chapters booted for being a republican or not agreeing in their extremely liberal views. They also close chapters more than most NPCs and their Miami chapter is the only one that has one of the best reps for them nationally. For girls who are part of deeph Miami you girls deserve a better HQ with better benefits, as someone who is a Panhellenic sister and my best friend just got into deeph and left because of how messed up the HQ has been is shocking. Other DPHIE chapters in the US don't treat their panhal sisters well and have been talking about leaving NPC for a bit. I hope you girls can fix your organization and use your influence as one of the top chapters for the better. xoxo Panhellenic love

Deleted my truth? Oh no honey. One thing Deeph doesn’t want to admit is that their HQ has booted out people with conservative values because their exec nationally is very liberal. Girls who are conservative will get out if they don’t bow to liberal ways. DPHIE has been so bad to their panhal sisters across campuses…dropping out of rush and then scooping up everyone who didn’t get bids. This chapter is an exception, but believe me DPHIE will be leaving panhal before we know it and I pray they do.

I have a family member who is in Deeph here. They have more conservative girls that my chapter does here by far. I think Deeph has some chapters at some conservative schools in the south so this doesn’t apply to all chapters. Everyone should go to the house where they vibe.

You're joining the chapter at your school. Their HQs will likely never talk to you or barely know who you are individually. This is the lamest thing I've ever seen. Also DPhiE chapters are the ones who select the members, not HQs. If your chapter doesn't want to take trans members, you're more than welcome to cut them and move on. Also, they're not leaving NPC anytime soon.

This is spot on. My best friend was in dphie at our northern school and was kicked out for being conservative. She regrets going through with initiation as she was unaware of dphie’s ihq being super liberal. Additionally, the dphie at our school refuses to do chapter collaborations with more conservative houses, which definitely doesn’t display panhel love imo. Umiami’s dphie chapter is literally the exception in reputation.
