1. sae (best pc, parties where okay, good brothers, top 3 nicest house easily.
2. sig chi / Pikapp (super fun parties from both last semester, pc’s where okay, Pikapp would be better but sig chi has a great house)
3. pike / theta chi (pike good pc, theta chi horrible pc, pikes house keeping them this high, theta chi had best pool parties but with ep kids now gone who knows.
4. phi delt / beta (both had good spring pcs, average to below average relations, phi delt had that great dj party, beta had some fun pool parties too.)
5.Zbt(there one rp was good, however the brothers r just so weird, money truly carries them, spring pc was nothing to brag about)
6.aepi (Sean Kingston is the only reason they r even in this conversation, horrible spring pcs, mid parties at best, some nice brothers tho, pretty good tailgate house too)
