Beta and ZBT aren't upper mid. Beta kind of sucks now and ZBT has weirdos so he's right when he says that phi delt is interchangeable with beta/zbt. ZBT is socially better than both beta and phidelt since they mix with SDT once in a while but the quality of guys in beta/phidelt is 100% much better.

The fact is that the top two (sig ep, sig chi) are the best no debate there. They pull the most, have the best parties and all the guys are rich.
Then comes SAE if you are rating based on parties/events but if you are judging the fraternity as a whole they are a bunch of narc try hards who are very soft. No lie.
If you realize SAE is soft (which you should), then the second tier fraternities are ZBT and sammy. They spend the most on mixers by going to venues, have dope RPs/pool parties and the guys aren't soft. Their egos can be large at times, but then again they know how to party.
After comes Pi Kapp / Beta. These are the guys who want so bad to be in sig ep or sig chi or sae but did not get bids. Still nice guys but a little too try hardish.
Then I think it goes Kappa Sig, Phi Delt and AEPi but honestly haven't been to any of their parties. Just know some guys in each who are nice.
Then comes Asig, Lambda and Pike. Idk any the guys in these. They do their own thing so good for them.
Do not want to leave any hate here. Good guys in all frats. I just want to give a perspective from someone who actually knows what they are talking about.

Sammy above phi delt?? I’m not even in phi delt and Ik that’s harsh. I have a couple friends that joined and they seem to be really liking it and have good turnouts at their events. Sammy can’t even field a IM team. I’m sorry but that’s just an unfair bias dude.
