love phi delt. The guys are so genuine and a good step away from the pretentiousness of umiami. They still go out the same way as the ones with money do yet don’t act better because of it. Loveeee their yacht days, loved their party with red cup, definitely going up

Hmmmmmm… Definitely a solid group. I think after this spring they might get better, love them. But 10/10 though.
