Theta Chi. More fun/better parties, better rush, much cuter brothers, improving as opposed to KA's declining.

I'd say Theta Chi is better. Other than the KA's name and their house, they really don't hold any aspect that competes with Theta Chi or any other top fraternity for that matter. Sadly, KA is an empty shell of what they used to be.

I would say KA is more beind lambda chi. They are very similar in the fact that they both have very nice houses. Lambda chi with a nice house in a perfect downtown location and KA with a really nice plantation style house. Both have a strong alumni support and a decent pull on girls. KA is a little more involved but and lambda chi has better parties when not on sopro. I hate to say it but KA is not as great as it once was, but in my opinion SAE ATO Lambda Chi and KA are all on the same level. all great fraternities.

Yeah it's kind of unfair to put KA up against Theta Chi, whereas the other discussions (Fiji/Beta; SNu/SAE) were more equal. So I'd instead compare KA more with Lambda Chi or ATO since they're on an even level. Throw Theta Chi in the mix with the other top tiers and make this discussion "KA vs Lambda Chi"

Five years ago, KA. Now? It's Theta Chi and it isn't close. Literally the only thing KA has going for them is tradition. They seem to think that tradition will keep them on top. Lambda Chi thought that once upon a time as well.

Theta chi refuses to swap with lower sororities, which, in return reciprocates into them attracting more beautiful women. For instance, I know of a KAPPAS going on KAs formal, not very indicative of a "top tier fraternity.
