Isn't it kinda embarrassing for the girls that don't get the bid. I would be really embarrassed and upset.

A girl on my hall didn't get a bid last year. It was really sad and she was very upset, more sad than embarrassed I think. But unfortunately not everyone can get a bid, there's simply not enough room in each sorority. But everything happens for a reason

If someone did not get invited back to any parties and was cut, the Pi Chi is in charge of calling them really early in the morning to let them know that they don't need to come and get their party schedule for the day. They then set up a time to meet with the person and talk about it face to face.

Each girl will tell their PiChi how they want to be contacted if they are cut from recruitment. Some girls choose to be contacted by text or phone calls. Some girls ask that the PiChi come to them personally at their apartment or dorm.
