info about phi delt, ik nothing about them

very solid upper-mid fraternity. they make good grades and have a nice house. they mix with a large range of sororities, the last date party I went to I saw a bunch of AXOs, KDs and Tridelts, but not restricted to those what so ever. They mix with sigma nu a lot because both of their guys are from mobile with Birmingham sprinkled in. overall phi delt is a good mix of academic, smart and party guys. they had a few bad hazing incidents in the past, but it is much different now.
